Contract Duration - 30 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate terms for easements and right-of-way agreements with utilities, municipalities, private landowners, carriers, and government entities.
- Draft, review, and revise complex contract provisions for various agreements (right of way, private easements, relocation agreements, joint builds, etc.).
- Secure and manage contracts of varied scope and complexity for fiber network, including agreements with DOT, municipalities, and private landowners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Risk Management to execute and manage agreements.
- Research company rights, negotiate reimbursement agreements, and manage existing contracts, renewals, and related processes.
