This business critical role will suit a junior Analyst (2-4 years' experience) with a strong analytical and quantitative skillset and a passion for the financial markets. Skills in data analysis, process optimization, project management, risk analytics and tool development in a kinetic markets environments will lend themselves well to this role. Knowledge of Fixed Income/FX/Rates Derivatives products and markets strongly preferred.
Key responsibilities will include: -Ownership of research and analytics relating to performance and risk; -Primary point of contact with cross-functional internal stakeholders including Business Management, Portfolio Managers, Quants, Research and Trading; -Design and implementation of new processes and workflows; -Business analysis; requirements gathering, technical specifications; -Project Management; coordinate and deliver tactical and strategic initiatives in complex and rapidly evolving environments; -Risk analytics; design automated risk reports and dashboards, maintain key risk models, deliver portfolio analysis etc The successful candidate will bring experience in the following: -2-4 years' experience in a business-, data-, product-, quant-, and/or risk analyst type role; -Solution-oriented and commercially aware with strong problem-solving aptitude and exceptional project management skills; -Knowledge of fixed income / interest rate products and markets; -Outstanding communication and presentation skills; -External/internal stakeholder relationship management with the ability to build consensus and foster strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships; -Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (ie: computer science, engineering, math, operations research, statistics or similar) from a top school; Masters preferred; -CFA preferred; -Strong technical toolkit to include Python, SQL, Tableau and VBA.
