Job Purpose and Responsibilities
Primary duties will include:
* Identifies, prospects and contacts potential clients to educate them on trading and risk management.
* Build a book of business consisting of consultancy program income as well as futures trade income.
* Analyzes individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity and financial risks.
* Attends trade conferences, seminars and symposiums to represent products, increase contact with existing client base and identify new opportunities.
* Executes futures, options and Swaps that support risk management strategies.
* Educate and inform customers of hedge opportunities

Required Qualifications:
* Time management skills. Should be able to work well under pressure managing several time sensitive deadlines.
* Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
* Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels
* Effective presentation and marketing skills
* Ability to learn technical products and explain complex products in clear, simplified terms to prospective clients
Preferred Qualifications:
* Risk Management experience
* Knowledge and/or experience with fertilizer
Education and Certification Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or related field to include Business Management
* Obtain Series 3 License within 60 days of hire (company sponsored)
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
* Full time/5x a week in office
* Ability to travel
Hiring Salary Range $50,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)? ?Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.? This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
