The Risk Management Coordinator supports the Bank's risk management framework by assisting with various programs, including Business Continuity Planning, vendor management, compliance efforts, and audit activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating operational risks across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Maintain and update the Bank's BCP, assist with testing to ensure operational readiness in case of disruptions.
* Vendor Management Support: Assist in administrative tasks and tracking projects, collaborate with vendors to maintain current documentation.
* Community Reinvestment Act (CRA): Aid the CRA Officer in organizing documentation and validating data for compliance.
* Risk & Audit Reporting: Compile and validate data for risk management and audit reports, prepare materials for Management and Board presentations.
* Training & Development: Participate in external training to stay updated on risk management practices and regulatory changes.
* Program Monitoring & Compliance: Support risk management, audit, and BSA compliance by monitoring alerts and ensuring adherence to policies and regulation
