Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality checks via final eye review of translated documents
* Evaluate employee performance and ensure that all work meets client specifications
* Oversee final delivery of translations between geographically dispersed accounts, production, and technology teams across different time zones and cultures
* Manage recorded data for quality metrics reports and trend analysis
* Contribute to the development of new quality assessment policies and procedures
* Undergo training to learn how to instruct new-hires on best practices in one-on-one and classroom settings
* Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
