ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Represents the City Manager's office by being responsible for all communication with the Mayor, City Council, community leaders, staff and citizens regarding City operations and activities and ensures problems are resolved in a timely manner.
* Ensures all arrangements for the City Manager, Executive Staff, Mayor and City Council members are complete by coordinating all information pertaining to meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and special events.
* Provides information and assistance to the Mayor, City Council and citizens by maintaining accurate information of complaints and providing resolutions within departments, executive staff and citizens.
* Supervise administrative staff in the City Manager's office.
* Coordinates with the City Manager on day-to-day activities by monitoring completed work assignments and documenting job performance.
* Prepares the weekly City Manager packet for transmittal to Mayor, City Council and staff by ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
* May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Requires Bachelor's Level Degree
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience
* A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered.
