Position Summary The Admission /Discharge Nurse is a professional nurse, who will be able to screen and document on each patient presenting for admission, transfer or discharge. #The nurse will complete the appropriate paperwork needed for admission, transfer or discharge of a patient. #They will also perform nursing responsibilities and duties related to patient care, as necessary. Minimum Requirements # ###NJ Licensed RN # ###2 years recent RN hospital experience # ###Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills # ###Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull Preferred Requirements # ###2 years Med/Surg experience Additional information # ###To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
