Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced RN Associate Director of Care Management, for a Healthcare organization with an office located in New York, NY. This is an opportunity to support quality care, working with a team of clinical staff and healthcare leaders to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Registered Nurse, RN with Managed Medicare Care Plan experience required. Qualified candidates will be an experienced Clinician, RN with a Managed Care Plan background, experienced with Value Based Care Interdisciplinary Team environment and Federal/State Regulations with an emphasis on Care/Case Management and Senior Management level experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed & Registered RN in the State of New York
• Bachelors degree in Nursing, Masters degree in Nursing, healthcare business, or healthcare preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience, working within a Care Management and Managed Medicare Plan Care setting, preferred.
• 3+years in a Supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Prior Senior Manager Level RN experience, preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday. Remote position with an occasional need to go in the office. Office in New York, NY
• MS Office proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work well under pressure required.

Competitive salary and Compensation Package! $150,000 - 160,000
