Good Shepherd Hospice is looking for passionate, dedicated RN to provide End of Life care to patients at home.
Our Hospice RNs:
The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.
Job Details:BAYLOR PROGRAMTWO 12 HOUR SHIFTS EVERY WEEKENDFULL TIME PAY AND ELIGIBLE FOR A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUSOur Baylor Program Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. The quality of care provided will be consistent with the Standards of Practice determined for the hospice program.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.Position Qualifications:
