Insight Global is seeking to hire an actively licensed RN for a large Pharmaceutical company in Hudson Yards, NY. This person will be performing case management 90% of the time, speaking with colleagues who are returning to work and dealing with organizations/procedures from HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, Workers comp, and more. They will be responsible for managing short term disability claims and communicating the status of those claims to internal Pfizer colleagues and outside providers. The other 10% of the position includes providing urgent care adjacent care to other employees at the companies headquarters. This could include patient triage, counseling, patient education, acute emergency visits, first aid and other responsibilities. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm onsite 5 days per week for the first 6 months and then moving to 1 remote day a week after 6 months.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
