Pay Range: $76 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• They will be responsible for complete inpatient hospital setting case management in acute care looking after Utilization review, Discharge planning of the inpatient.
• They are part of the care team for the patient.
• Normal stay at the hospital is 3-4 days.
• They will be responsible for planning all that is required for this patient at home once they get discharged.
• They interact with the patients, social workers, RNs, physicians, and they will be recommending alternate levels of care as well.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Case management experience within Appeals and Grievance, Utilization and conducting investigations
• Experience – 2 years of experience in case management.
• Tools – InterQual, EPIC, Tapestry. They need people who are tech savvy.
• Certification – Valid RN license and CPR card. CCM is good to have.
• Education – RN BSN preferred.
