Job DetailsDescriptionPosition Summary: Assist physicians and allied healthcare staff in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilizes knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patients are prepared/educated/supported during procedures. A strong critical care experience to recognize/handle emergency situations. On Call availability is required.Experience:Required: 1-3 years Critical Care experience and or Cath Lab experience. BLS and ACLS. EKG interpretation.Preferred : Previous Cath Lab experience.Education: Diploma/Associates degree required. BSN is preferred.License and Credentials: NJ RN license required. CCRN or RCIS is preferred.Skills:Required : IV certification, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, flexibility, diplomacy, tact, foresight.
