Shares responsibility with other health care disciplines. Reports to Department of Nursing Director.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :* Ensures optimal patient care utilizing the nursing process.* Maintains patient records and documents to ensure an accurate record of the patient's medical and nursing care.
