The Clinical Coordinator will assist the Director of Surgical Services in the planning, development, financial and staff activities of the Surgical Services department. Complies with organization, department and regulatory standards. Plans the management of Surgical staff and ensures sound fiscal operations. Assists with developing and implementing philosophies and policies for Surgical Services. Position provides direction, support and guidance to the Surgical staff in their development both clinically and professionally. Strong leadership and management skills required.
