Our family run home care agency wants you to be our next RN Clinical Manager. Job Duties:

Candidate would provide oversight of all patient care services and personnel including but not limited to:

• Making patient and personnel assignments

• Coordinating referrals

• Assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.

Qualifications:

• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse License

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel is a plus.

• Excellent observation skills

• Verbal and written communication skills.
