Mercy General Hospital is proud to foster inclusion and diversity as part of our mission vision and values.ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is accountable for staff functions which enhance the delivery of patient care in accordance with the standards of nursing practice through education clinical role modeling at the bedside standards development quality improvement program development and coordination. The incumbent is responsible modeling educating and promoting professional practice knowledge skills and behaviors. Also acts as a backup to the VAD Coordinator.
