Position Overview:
My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN Clinical Research Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and providing exceptional care to patients participating in research studies. This is a permanent opportunity with significant potential for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies, including patient recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Monitor patient safety, collect and document data, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to study participants.
- Maintain study records, prepare reports, and communicate study progress to the research team.
- Participate in site visits, audits, and inspections as required.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.
- Previous experience in clinical research is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Proficiency in using electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other research-related software is a plus.
