Our diverse cases ensure that nurses gain valuable experience across various medical conditions.We specialize in providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes, schools, or community settings. Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities of their loved one's medical care, ensuring patients can stay at home and avoid hospitalization.Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Team members should be well-versed in handling diverse medical conditions. While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.Compassion and Empathy: We seek nurses who are compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Our focus extends beyond medical needs to the social-emotional well-being of our patients.
