As an *RN MDS Coordinator* at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.*RN MDS Coordinator Responsibilities** Conduct and coordinate the completion of MDS assessments* Maintain and update all care plans and assessments* Examine and review residents medical history* Inform other nursing staff personnel of any persistent issues* Participate in the admission process while assessing prospective residents nursing needs and appropriate placement* Coordinate case management process* Ensure that the facility adheres to all regulatory requirements and standards of practice in relation to the MDS care planning process* Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents*RN MDS Coordinator Requirements** Valid, current RN license* Previous experience in long-term care* Experience in MDS process* Familiarity with various computer software* COVID-19 Vaccination*What We Offer** Competitive pay scale* Medical and dental coverage* 401k* Paid time off* CEU-eligible training programs* Ongoing leadership and professional development training* Dedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
