Berkshire Nursing and Rehabilitation Center -Berkshire Nursing Home & Rehab Center is a 175 -bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in West Babylon, NY. Our mission is to provide the highest level of care for each of our residents.The ideal candidate will perform a variety of care practices under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor of the unit/shift. This includes, but not limited to taking charge of a unit and administering medication as ordered.
