Would be timely in reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. As Director of Medical Surgical you must demonstrates problem solving skills to include investigation, identification of causes and development of corrective action, and submit reports. Candidate would also direct, delegate and oversee work efforts as appropriate to insure the best possible delivery of service and high customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required - Bachelors of Science or better in Nursing
- Preferred - Masters of Science or better in Nursing
- Hold a License or Certificate in L-RN single state or Multistate, C- BLS
- Proficiency in Labor Cost/Non Labor UOS Budgeted versus Actual.
- Proficiency in Non Labor Cost/UOS Budgeted versus Actual.
- Productivity 100%of budgeted target
- Must have strengths in identifing areas for fiscal improvement and implements plan with success demonstrated
