This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing new employee orientation, in-service education and training, and competency instruction and validation. In addition, acts as a Health System role model, facilitator and advocate for safety, quality and service excellence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in NursingValid PA Registered Nurse licenseClearances as required by law BLS, ALS and PALS.
