RN Field Manager
Location: Mercer and Somerset Counties
We are hiring a compassionate RN Field Manager to lead and support Home Health Aides (HHAs), ensuring top-quality patient care and fostering a positive, professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor care provided by HHAs.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate care quality.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and provide leadership support as needed.
• Oversee training programs and professional development for HHAs.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and agency policies.
Requirements
• Education: BSN required.
• Experience: 2+ years in community health nursing with direct patient care.
• Skills: Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Other: Valid NJ RN license, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Work Environment
• Office setting with phone and computer use.
• Field-based work requiring travel within Mercer and Somerset Counties.
