We are hiring an RN Field Team Supervisor to work with Willcare Home & Community Based Services in our Middletown, NY office! $5,000 Sign On Bonus (divided payout) This is a full time position with an excellent schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (with occasional on-call hours). We also have an excellent benefits plan that includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, and competitive pay: $80,000-85,000/year This agency is an LHCSA provider. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination of high quality, cost-effective patient care. This position is responsible for the operations and operational flow of the agency including performance of and/or oversight of crucial activities including scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing and reimbursement process, and overall compliance.
