Job Description Summary: 3 Days per week (Schedule will vary) 8p-8a Float/Visit Nurse Is responsible for making symptom management home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the following physician. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing State Driver's License. Knowledge of homecare nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement, and basic personal computer skills.
