Location: South Buncombe and Henderson CountiesOverview:Senior Helpers Home Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a flexible, part-time position. This role focuses on client care through in-home visits and consultations. The RN will be an essential member of our clinical staff, contributing to care management and ensuring quality care for clients.Key Responsibilities:Perform 30 to 60-minute in-home visits to complete evaluations and online documentation.Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized care plans.Provide supervisory visits and support to field staff, ensuring compliance with care standards.Monitor client satisfaction and maintain quality of care through periodic observations.Complete necessary documentation, including care assessment forms and care plans, with accuracy and timeliness.Submit documentation securely to the administration team.Stay current on industry trends and participate in continuing education.Adhere to North Carolina state regulations and agency healthcare standards.Qualifications:Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, senior care or home care experience preferredLicensure: Active RN license required.Documentation: Current TB testing documentation.Benefits:Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs.Opportunity to work part-time with a focus on client care.Compensation:$30 per hourMileage reimbursementWhy Join Us?As a member of the Senior Helpers Home Care team, you'll play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of our clients.
