Qualifications
* State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
* Associate Degree, ADN
* Registered Nurse
* BLS certification required at time of hire
Responsibilities
The Hospice and Home Care RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. Patient volumes range from 4-5 daily.
Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model.
