Shift: Evening (3 PM - 11 PM)Facility: Acclaim Rehabilitation and Care CenterLocation: Jersey City, NJ

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Serve as a resource and point of contact for nursing staff during the evening shift.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in long-term care; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
