This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice for ICU units.

· Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state

· Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date

· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required six months from hire date

· Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required six months from hire date
