Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Evaluation: Assess and develop care plans for assigned patients.
- Care Implementation: Execute and document patient care effectively.
- Testing and Medication Administration: Conduct various patient tests and administer medications as per your scope of practice.
- Patient and Family Education: Teach patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN License in Arkansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
