Summary: As an RN, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients at the Inpatient Dialysis unit. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and comprehensive support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and support, collaborating with the healthcare team
• Develop individualized care plans and maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary health team
• Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR for accurate documentation and communication
• Adhere to departmental and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• AS in Nursing and RN license in New York State
• BLS certification
• Ability to exert medium physical effort and fulfill specific physical requirements of the role

Pay Range: $35.75 - $48.00 per hour
