Position type: Fulltime -Direct Hire Location: Auburn, NY Job/ Shift Hours : Monday-Friday (Sign On Bonus of $15,000 for F-T & $7,500 for P-T (16 hours/wk. min.) As an RN you will be required to have: Perform assessments on clients with illness, injury, or health related/psychological concerns. Reports any significant finding to the appropriate medical provider and guardian, when appropriate. Carries out the prescribed intervention. Transcribe all information accurately and efficiently and carry out orders for treatment as medically prescribed. Administer medication safely, accurately and per best practice, NYS and agency guidelines. Is attentive in monitoring for any adverse effects. Oversee and supervise care provided by the LPN and other health office staff. Provide assessments, monitoring and care to the youth in the event of physical restraint, following all regulatory requirements. Administer first aid during emergency situations and coordinates patient care until EMS arrives or the youth is transported to an emergency department. Consult and coordinate with treatment team providers such as the MD, NP, and Clinician, as well as others as applicable to assure continuity and quality of care. Assure that the mental health and physical health needs of each child/youth are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must have: Associate's degree in Nursing NYS license as a Registered Nurse Valid unrestricted New York State Driver's License and must meet agency driving and insurance standards. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $32 - $42.75 per hour.
