You will provide support and assistance to the individuals to develop, enhance, renew or continue their natural support network. You will develop reports and perform other administrative duties.We are seeking a FT Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and training to Direct Service Professionals. This position does require in person support at group homes throughout the state of MN. This position can expect to travel 50% of the time at minimum and office hours can be done from a remote location or one of our LSS offices across the state. Job Requirements:
- License to practice as RN in the state of Minnesota.
- Two years' experience working as an RN in a health care facility, and experience working with vulnerable populations as well as experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility.
- Must be certified in CPR.
- A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Training in physical assessments and documentation, developmental disabilities, psychotropic medication monitoring, behavior management, lifts and transfers, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens would be helpful, but could be provided on the job.
- Successfully meet the requirements for a background check.
