Registered Nurse Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis. Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- BLS Certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
