Description:St. Ann Rehab and Nursing Center in Dover, NH is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses.RN: $32 to $37.40/hr, depending on experienceLPN: $28 to $33.40/hr, depending on experience.Plus: Per diem extra $4.00 an hourPer diem Requirement: work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, 2 of the 4 shifts need to be a weekend day.Shift Differentials range from $2.00 to $3.50Are you an RN or LPN seeking Part Time or Per Diem opportunities with a focus on work/life balance? We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.Responsibilities:Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.Requirements:· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing· Long-term care experience preferred· Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing BoardAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap
