We are currently working with seveal schools in and around the Rochester, NY area to assist with nurse coverage as needed. These roles are in person/onsite. Please read below and reply with an updated resume for consideration: Schedule: Per Diem through-out the school year/summer Responsibilities of the School Nurse: Provide direct care to students and staffProvide long-term management of students with health care needsMonitor control of communicable diseases and infectionsAccurately and consistently complete all required documentationProvide health care screenings and referrals as neededAide in developing and maintaining all necessary medical, health and safety protocols and proceduresAdminister medically prescribed medications to students as neededReview all Incident Reports and provide necessary medical attention and follow-up to injuries Qualifications for the School Nurse: Active, unrestricted RN or LPN licensure in New YorkBLS or ACLS CertificationAssociates Degree in Nursing and/or graduation from an accredited nursing programCurrent and valid NYS drivers license with an acceptable driving record Why work for Adecco?
