We are seeking a RN Manager for our state of the art facility in Glens Falls. This will be in our behavioral health unit so this candidate will need to have at least a couple years experience working with this population. $43.65 to $64.63 $20K Sign On 7a-7p OR 8a-4:30p - and weekends they will discuss in the interview The RN Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the annual budget. Developingand implementing action plans in response to variances. Responsible for the coordination of performance improvement initiatives for the unit/service line, in conjunction with the unit/service line strategic plan, to meet operational goals. Initiating investigations/reviews, and create action plans in response to incidents as well as patient and customer concerns. Communicate significant information to Key stake holders and Staff in a timely and appropriate manner Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; new hires will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire. Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing Program. 3 years relevant clinical experience required (5 Years preferred) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Tuition Reimbursement.
