About the job RN Medical / Surgical Job Details:Department: Flex Pool Med Surg (NursingLocation: Des Moines, IAThe all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $55.03/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $40.20/hr, along with a per diem of $14.83/hr. Local Rate (Below 60 miles): $44.55/hr, .Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 7:00 pm - 07:30 amPer Week: 36 Hours RN-Acute Care Float PoolRN must be willing to float to all med surg floors including the following: Ortho, Med-surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, Med-Surg Tele, and must be willing to float to our West Lakes Campus (9.5 miles from DT)Roles & ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor patient care plans.
