*$20,000.00 sign on bonus for full-time RNs!*The region s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking part- and full-time *RNs* to join our Mental Health Services team on the *night shift* and provide nursing care to patients in need of Mental Health Services, including helping patients learn coping skills, modify dysfunctional behaviors and complete individual and/or group therapy sessions.*Qualifications:** Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing* BSN within 3 years from date of hire; BSN or MSN graduates preferred* Previous experience in psychiatry and 1+ years of medical-surgical nursing preferred* Current registration with New Jersey Board of Nursing.* Welle, BLS and CPR certifications required* National Certification required within 3 years of hire.* RN licensure in the State of New Jersey*At Inspira Health*, you ll join the area s most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities.
