Four Winds is seeking to hire a *Nurse Manager* as a Nursing Clinical and Administrative leader of an inpatient unit.*Two Positions, Float* *and Full-Time Adolescent Unit**$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR RN s ** The Nurse Manager is responsible for the provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.* Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.* Works alongside the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.Active NYS RN license and 2 years nursing leadership or nursing experience required.BSN preferred.Experienced based salary scale starting at $50.00 per hour with additional for education and leadership experience.
