This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The registered nurse will also educate patients and their families about health management and support them in daily living activities.JOB REQUIREMENTS:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Proficiently be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Experienced in patient assessment and care planning.
- Proficiency in medication administration and management.
- In-depth knowledge of body systems and functions to assess and manage patient health effectively.
- Knowledge of chronic disease management.
- Competence in wound care management and infection control practices.
- Knowledge of patient mobility assistance.
- Ability to educate patients on health maintenance.
- Strong communication with healthcare teams.
- High level of accuracy data entry; effective communication, and quality care.
- Comprehension and delivery of patient safety and healthcare ethics.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and standards in long-term care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of accredited nursing program for Registered Nurse.
- Current MN RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Care.
- Must pass MN background check and fingerprinting.
- Complete TB test within the first 4 weeks of employment.

- Every other weekend and every other holiday
