*Job Overview*We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional care in a pediatric setting. This role requires a strong understanding of pediatric health issues, effective communication with patients and families, and adherence to medical standards and protocols.*Responsibilities** Coordinate the care for the patient/family under the direction of the primary physician* Conduct assessment of the patient/family needs* Develop the IDG (Interdisciplinary Group) Care Plan* Ensure the implementation and coordination of the interventions and services described in the care plan.* Pledge to make the comfort and care of patients and families the highest priority* Consistently provide a high level of personalized, sincere and engaging service to patients and families at all times* Ensure the complete satisfaction of patients and families; promptly and effectively address all concerns.*Requirements*A. *Education/Regulatory Requirements:** RN degree from a college or university, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing and/or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.* Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.B. *Skills:*o Five years of nursing experience.o High degree of initiative and judgment required to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate Staff performance.o Knowledge of adult learning principles.o EMR software experience a plus.o Demonstrated proficiencies in computer skills.C. *Professional Requirements:*o Demonstrated experience with oral and written communication which includes public speaking and teaching.D. *Language Skills:*o Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Job Type: PermanentPay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Referral program* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* Hospice & Palliative MedicinePhysical Setting:* Inpatient* Long term care* Nursing home* Outpatient* Rehabilitation centerSupplemental Pay:* Signing bonusWork Location: On the road
