and see why this is the perfect place to call home.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality care in various departments, including Acute Care, Outpatient Infusion, and Emergency Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient-Centered Care: Deliver compassionate care and communicate effectively with both staff and patients.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Stay on your toes, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic setting where no two days are the same.
- Team Player: Collaborate with staff and departments, helping maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Please note: Days and assignments may vary depending on the week, giving you the flexibility to balance your schedule.What We're Looking For:
- Current WA RN License
- One Year of RN Experience (minimum)
- BLS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
- For ED or Charge Nurse roles: ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification within six months of hire.
Preferred Experience:
- Charge Nurse, Med/Surg, ED, or Triage
