Job DutiesPlans, implements, evaluates, and delivers patient care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Maintains clinical skills and competency through orientation, annual and ongoing education, and clinical practice. Follows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures.All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site. Requirements:

Facility Description and Overview: Eagle Butte, SD Facility Cheyenne River Health Center

- Outpatient Registered Nurses
- Weekly schedule
- 8am to 5 pm.
- Late clinic is 10am to 7 pm.
- There is Sunday Clinic that rotates - On-Call Schedule - 2 days a month on the weekends. 8am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday
- Patient volume per day?
- Each provider sees an average of 5 to 8 patients per day
- Credentialing requirements?
- Federal forms, fingerprints, profile.

- Each provider has a nurse, navigator and nursing assistant No special procedures, OPD does do telehealth.
