Job Description:
An employer in the Denver Tech Center is looking for a NOC Technician that will be responsible for monitoring assigned network management systems for alarms and network health, ensuring the stability and performance of the network. This role involves working with internal teams to prioritize and resolve tickets that impact revenue-generating activities, performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues. This technician will run tests, check processes, assist with repair coordination, and document program progress while providing regular updates to leadership. This person will be working with internal stakeholders as well as interacting with end customers. Additionally, the NOC Technician participates in quality control, performance improvement, and training initiatives, and may assist related teams during peak workloads.This is a small, government services based company based in Boulder, CO. This person will be expected to sit on site 5 days a week. Because this is a 24/7 shop, hours can likely vary.
