This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status and develop individualized care plans.* Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness.* Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.* Assist in pain management and ensure the comfort of patients during treatment.* Implement aseptic techniques during procedures and specimen collection processing.* Perform case management duties, including coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.* Stay informed about workers' compensation law as it pertains to psychiatric care.*Experience*Candidates should have experience in a hospital setting or similar healthcare environment.
