Weekly Pay Range - $2041 To $2268 Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nurse Educator Job Specialty: Nurse Educator Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days M-F, flexible hours Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in an educator role License: Not required to submit Certifications: BLS required; BSN required, MSN or NPD-BC preferred Must-Have: Experience in a nurse educator role. First-time travelers accepted if they have educator experience. Job Description: - Employee educator role responsible for approximately 50 employees- No patient assignment on the unit- Rounding on new graduate nurse residents- Facilitating teaching sessions with a subject matter expert leading- Multi-site responsibility with a single site per day- Flexible self-scheduling with some night shifts required to round on night shift residents- No weekend or holiday shifts required- Attire can be scrubs or business casual- Charting system experience with Epic is a plus, not required- Orientation provided is 2-3 shifts with ongoing support- Facilitate Zoom class days at home and onsiteApplicants should have experience working with new graduates and be comfortable with flexible scheduling.
