Unit Notes # suites- 2 OR suites, 1 Endoscopy room, 1 procedure room # of cases - 20-30 cases a month Must be certified through NBSTSA and must have BLS Travel experience is preferred EMR Meditech Call for RN & CST Call at this facility is unique. At least twice a week Ortho is here doing their cases. Usually will be 10 or 12 hour shifts those days. They will adjust the schedule to make sure it evens out to 40 hours a week. Traveler will be asked if they can stay late, it is not required. They try not to dump this on one specific person. It is all about teamwork! Holidays- Very rare, typically closed Scrubs provided Shifts Monday - Friday 7am -3:30pm Typically, 2 CST's and 1 RN in house during the day Floating CST- Must be able to float to sterile processing as well Floor specific orientation- Until the traveler feels ready, varies on skill level
