Unit NotesDepartment: Skilled Nursing*Certifications: BLS*- Beds: 20 beds- Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:7-10, Nights: 1:10 / CNAs: 1:7- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Geriatrics, rehabilitation patients- DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse- Interdisciplinary Team: MDS Coordinator, educator, Director, Manager, and Social Work- Is RT on-site 24/7: yes - Shifts & Scheduling: 0930-1900, 1830-0700- Weekend Requirements: Yes as needed- Holiday Requirements: Yes as needed- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: First week will be classroom orientation and then 2- 12 hour shifts on the floor- Additional Notes: This unit has a 4 star rating from CMS.
