RN: Registered Nurse Case ManagerFull Time Monday - Friday with on call responsibilities M-F and rotating Weekends Experience Based Pay Rate between $38.50-39.42/hour + weekend on call rate The Wesley Community is no longer requiring employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19! It's more than a job: it's caring that starts in the heart.What will I do as a RN Case Manager for The Wesley Community?Support the Program Director and promote good-will by interpreting Service and Facility Policies and Procedures to residents, families, visitors, and personnel.Assist in directing the day-day functions on the unit, in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the facility. Maintaining strict adherence to the Department of Health Regulations. Will ask Program Director for assistance or clarification as needed.Participate in surveys/inspections made by authorized government agencies.Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Program Director, as necessary/required, concerning the operation of the unit. Share the responsibility of assuring that supplies and equipment are properly used, stocked and available on the unit; equipment is in good working order and location of supplies and equipment is familiar to staff.Monitor and maintain the appropriate controls on the resident medication system and verification of the MAR's.
